Led by Christine Seng, an award-winning classical vocalist turned certified CBT therapist and neuroscience coach, Wellness Singing draws on two decades of experience in music and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Christine’s approach is informed by the latest research in emotional regulation, brainwave balance, and music-based therapy.
