Our 8-session music-based wellness program is designed to help teenagers explore and regulate their emotions, build self-awareness, and enhance mental well-being through the power of music, storytelling, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness.

AMPLIFY blends music psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles, and mindfulness techniques into a dynamic group experience. Through guided lyric exploration, musical expression, breath-toning, and reflective storytelling, teens learn to:

Sing and Soar- Wellness Singing for Emotional Resilience

Sing and Soar is an 8-week wellness singing program designed especially for children aged 7 to 12. It blends the joy of music with evidence-based psychology and mindfulness practices to help kids regulate their emotions, build resilience, and discover their inner strengths—all through the power of their own voice.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and music medicine, Sing and Soar supports emotional well-being in a playful, empowering, and non-intimidating way—no singing experience needed!
